How to...create a Virtual Festival

Using this example from The Guardian, design your own virtual festival.
You can design this in WORD, PAINT, SERIF DRAW or PAGEPLUS.
Read through the information on sheet 1, then consider what & how your site will look. What kind of music will be at each stage? Will you have a dance tent? What about woods & other 'chill out' areas? How about a funfair?
Make sure your key map is clear- use colour to define your ideas!

How to...research BAGS THROUGHOUT THE 20th & 21st CENTURY.

Open a Powerpoint or WORD document. The title page should be: BAGS THROUGHOUT THE 20th & 21st CENTURY.
Use the GOOGLE link at the top right hand corner of this blog ( Google Images Search Engine ) to enter the following requests: bags from 1900's, bags from 1910's, bags from 1920's, bags from 1930's, bags from 1940's, etc, etc.
Write down the make and/or designer. What do you feel about the bag? Do you like it? Is it practical? How could you use this in a design of your own?
Now design a bag of your own using SERIF DRAW, PAINT or PRODESKTOP considering how you could use a particular period of history to influence your 21st Century style. Why not use two different eras? E.g. 40's mixed with 80's?
